DAY 1: ARRIVAL - HANOI
Tour will be started from the capital of Vietnam – Hanoi, the city with lots of oriental style old buildings, luxuriant trees along street, local market, motor-bikes…
Upon your arrival, your local tour guide will welcome you at the airport then escort you to hotel with private car. Check in hotel and relax.
DAY 2: HANOI CITY TOUR
Today you will enjoy a full day city tour in Hanoi. You will visit the Hochiminh Mausoleum and his former, the One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature, Museum of Ethnology (or History Museum), Hoan Kiem Lake and a Cyclo tour to the old quarter.
Finish your day off at the Theatre for a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show.
DAY 3: HANOI - HALONG BAY ON CRUISE
Start at 8:00 am with private transfer to Halong. Upon arrival, you will board the cruise ship for a relaxing Halong Bay Cruise through the stunning Halong Bay. You could be absolute relax by lying down on the sun deck to enjoy the beautiful scenery and sun shine. A shore excursion will bring you to discover a beautiful cave, visit a local fishing village with opportunity to interact with local people. Overnight on cruise.
DAY 4: HALONG - HANOI – HUE
In the morning view of Bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Have breakfast in the fresh air. we visit fishing village by a rustic row-boat, meet the local people and visit fish farms. After that back to boat to check out of the cabin. Start cruising towards the harbor while an A la carte lunch is served. Drive directly from Halong to Hanoi airport for your short flight to Hue. Upon arrival at Phu Bai Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. At leisure. Overnight in Hue.
DAY 5: HUE CITY TOUR
Have breakfast at your hotel, then start at the Imperial Citadel where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945. The ancient citadel reflects the pomp and ceremony of the dynastic rulers as well as the scars of many years of turmoil, both ancient and modern (the Royal Citadel was badly damaged in the latter stages of the war) but retains a sense of grace and majesty even today.
From here take a cyclo through ‘Old City’ to Tinh Tam Lake where the Emperors used to come to relax; full of lotus flowers in summer there are many local style coffee shops around the lake where university students come to study.
Continue to visit Thien Mu (Celestial Lady) Pagoda overlooking the Perfume River; constructed in 1601, the 21-meter tall tower is the centerpiece of the pagoda and represents seven reincarnations of Buddha. For lunch, try some best Hue cuisine in the restaurant.
In the afternoon see the tomb of the former emperor Minh Mang which is located in a tranquil setting of gardens and ponds.
Journey on to Khai Dinh’s Tomb which is traditional Vietnamese in design with a European touch making it unique from the other tombs in Hue.
On the way back to Hue, visit Ho Quyen (tiger arena). Built in 1830 during the reign of Minh Mang emperor, the arena was the stage of yearly battles between an elephant and a tiger. The arena is a rarity of Asian architecture and is still intact. Back to hotel and free at your leisure. Overnight in Hue.
DAY 6: HUE - DANANG – HOIAN
Breakfast at your hotel, then we will leave the UNESCO-designated World Heritage Hue for Hoi An, We will travel over the Hai Van pass is one of the most scenic hillside roads in Vietnam. When braving the steep winding roads of a paved mountain pass, you will have a chance to discover peace, quiet and history along the way. stop in Danang for a visit to the Cham Museum in Danang is the largest collection of Cham sculpture and artwork in the world. Whenever visiting the museum, you still perceive an individual atmosphere particular to this place, the reverie of reminiscences. We continue to visit handicraft villages on the foot of Marble Mountain before arriving in Hoi An. Once in Hoi An, we will check into our hotel and have some free time to explore. Overnight in Hoi An.
DAY 7: HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN
From the 16th to 18th centuries, Hoi An was a thriving international commercial port for Chinese, Dutch, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Arab traders. These people came primarily to trade in the high grade silk, which is still produced in the area, as well as ceramics. Today, Hoi An is a quaint riverside town, popular with tourists for its eclectic architecture, tailors shops, and numerous cafes. Some of the buildings in the narrow streets have remained unchanged for more than a century. We enjoy a half-day walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200- year old Tam Ky ancestral house, and the Japanese Bridge. DAY 8: HOIAN - HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR
Have breakfast at your hotel, Leaving Hoi An, we make the 40 minute drive from Hoi An to Danang Airport. From Danang we take the one-hour flight to Ho Chi Minh City, where you will be picked up by our guide and driver to your central hotel for resting. After that we take a city tour of Saigon including The Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office, Remnant War Museum, Giac Lam Pagoda, China town with ancient pagodas and temples, and bustling Binh Tay Market. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
DAY 9: HO CHI MINH - MEKONG DELTA
In the morning, at around 08:00 AM, you will be picked up by our tour guide for the transfer to Ben Tre.
Arrive in Ben Tre, we will cycle through the flower fields and feel the daily life of the people in coconut origin where you can weed, fertilize and harvest with the local peoples. Next, we will go to the boat station and take crowing-boat through with the coconut’s stretches that you feel the daily life of the people at riverside then stop to visit the grapefruits, coconut gardens where you can pick up and enjoy coconut water, tropical fruit here. After that, we cycle or motor-card on the village road through the green coconut’s forest to visit the coconut manufacturing facility where you can peel, cut, trim coconut with the local people. We also walk on village road and enjoy the lunch with featured dishes of Mekong River region at Viet food restaurant.
In the afternoon, we walk on the village road, talk with local peoples and weed, fertilize, water for the coconut, cocoa, grapefruit’s garden with the local peoples. Then we will take a boat trip along Ba Lai legend river with the coconut’s stretches to see how local people fishing on the river. We stop to visit the coconut coir manufacturing facility and continue cruising on Ba Lai river for relaxation. Have a sightseeing at local people’s daily activities on the river and feel the daily life of the people at riverside. The private van will pick up us and then transfer to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
DAY 10: HO CHI MINH CITY - SIEM REAP
Have breakfast, then check out hotel in Saigon. Take flight to Siem Reap.
Warmly welcome to Siem Reap, affectionately referred and transferred to the hotel for check in. The evening is free for you to relax at the hotel. In case you wish to explore the city, you can choose to visit Pub Street which is famous for its quality yet economical restaurants and bars. Overnight in Siem Reap.
DAY 11: SIEM REAP – ANGKOR COMPLEX
After breakfast, start to explore the early Angkor-era temples of the Roluos, the first city created by the kings of Cambodia inclusive of Bakong, Preah Ko and Lolei temples.
In the afternoon, you will explore the Amazing “Angkor Wat temple” which is the top of all Cambodia tour packages. It was built in the early 12th century by King Suryavarman II. Your tour guide will share how this masterpiece of Khmer architecture was built and explain the different motifs. Please feel free to question your professional expert. Overnight in Siem Reap.
DAY 12: SIEM REAP – ANGKOR THOM
After breakfast at the hotel, start your full day Angkor Wat tour with the Angkor Thom. The first visit to The South Gate of Angkor Thom. Then, you will get crazy with famous giant stone faces Bayon temple. It was built in late 12th early 13th century by the King Jayavarman VII. Continue your Angkor wat tour with The Baphuon temple – the huge temple-mountain in the heart of Angkor Thom. Then, explore some other masterpieces built in 12th century by the King Jayavarman VII – Phimean Akas temple and other two Leper King Terrace and Elephant Terrace.
Your afternoon Angkor tour will be exciting with the charming Banteay Srei temple which is well-known as the Citadel of Women. Here, you can see the most exquisite carvings in the Khmer architecture. End your Angkor wat tour today with another temple – Banteay Samré before getting back to the hotel and overnight in Siem Reap.
DAY 13: SIEM REAP – DEPARTURE
Free at leisure until transfer to airport for homeward flight or onward flight to your next Family tour.
