1. Alterations to the itinerary
It is reasonable for clients to make changes to their itineraries. After a reservation has been made, changes to the itinerary will be considered on an individual basis. Depending on the requested changes, when they are submitted, and any other relevant factors, we keep the right to impose additional fees and/or offer discounts.
2. Travel Documents.
All clients must have a valid passport for at least six months and the relevant visas before being allowed to travel to other countries. We occasionally assist clients with travel paperwork as a gesture of kindness. However, Viet Exquisite Travel and our consultants are not responsible for any assistance offered in acquiring visas or travel papers that results in failure. It is the client's responsibility to contact the relevant state department and request and confirm any legal information pertaining to travel documents.
3. Vaccinations & Insurance
Regarding your travel insurance, if you desire, we can contact the insurance company on your behalf in the unlikely event that you need to make a claim and are unable to notify them yourself. Please provide the contact information for your insurance company as well as the policy reference number if this would be helpful.
We anticipate that you have already taken care of it, but just in case, remember to keep your vaccinations and medical precautions up to date. It is important to visit a doctor or a specialist travel clinic as soon as possible before your journey to Vietnam to enable time for any side effects from the necessary vaccination courses to resolve.
4. Allowance for Baggage
According to the travel luggage rules of the local governments of the country/countries to which you wish to go, you are permitted to bring a particular weight of luggage for free. Should the client's luggage exceed the weight and dimensions permitted by the airline, they will be liable for any additional costs.
